Truist is going to close this branch in March 2024. Truist is closing the wrong branch in Front Royal. I find the service at the other branch (Royal Plaza) to be much slower. The tellers at the Royal Plaza branch have treated me poorly. Truist's argument that Royal Plaza is the busier branch is flawed. If you close the Royal Plaza branch, the Crooked Run branch will, by default, be the busiest branch (because it will be the only branch in Front Royal). I guess this review will disappear once this branch closes.
Stephanie is an awesome banker. She is SO kind and SO patient with my partner and I as we struggled with selling stock. Highly recommend this branch.
Slower than molasses
