Whenever I want to stand in the sun, breathing exhaust and waiting up to 30 minutes to see a teller this is my bank of choice.
Be careful when you deposit money (cash); today 05/03/2021 at 11am, I went to deposit money and the deposit less money than I had given on the drive thru, be careful with BT&T branches, it also happened to me a month ago with $100 dollar bill short according to the teller. NEXT TIME I WILL CALL THE POLICE AND ALSO SUE THEM!!! They have a money counter machine for a reason.
I love my South Miami branch! Just called and spoke to Marco who was EXTREMELY helpful. I needed a notary at the BBT in North Miami and he went as far as to call that location for me and set up an appointment! Thank you Marco!
