I waited more 20minutes in this branch with five others in the line to be assisted. There was only one telker working. Unacceptable!!! Hire more people.
Amazing leadership at this bank and excellent personal service for anything we've needed over the last 6 years banking there. Great local bank. I highly recommend the Largo/Kettering branch for patient customer support whenever we need it, and we tend to do a lot of our banking in person.
Zero stars, I don’t understand why they still have that rude disrespectful employee name brittney Jackson working for this bank, she clearly doesn’t like her job
