Was told I can have a temporary debit card if I go into the branch, spent time driving to the branch and was then told by Jason who seemed to have an attitude which I didn’t appreciate that I had “all zeros” and that I can’t have a temporary debit card. Waste of time and frustrated. Will not be coming back.
Truist is great for online banking but, aside from that, most ATMs don’t work and need to be replaced.

Stay away from this bank period! It doesn’t matter the branch. This is the worst experience I’ve had with any business. This bank has wasted hours of my life. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone. I’m making sure any family or friends will NEVER do business with this bank. You’re better off choosing ANY of bank on the face of this earth! You’ll get a better experience if you kept your money under your mattress!!! DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!!!!
