After depositing a check the atm Machine took my card and said that it was out of order.
While the staff is nice and provide good customer service, wait times are always long. You go in to do a simple deposit and takes you 20 minutes. One teller handles the drive through and one handles the lobby, and there’s usually 1-2 personal bankers. It’s unfortunate, even during the 1st week of the month which is generally busier than the rest of the month the available employees providing service is scarce. Although the tellers are always very polite, turnover is high and there is always a minimal number of employees. The 1/2 of the employees that are present seldom know what they are doing and it results in ridiculous wait times both inside and in the drive through. Just spent 2 hours here trying to do a simple wire transfer Please hire and keep your staff members.
