Merger between SunTrust and BB&T hasn't worked well for me, especially in Columbus. Customer service has been horrible and today's experience was over-the-top bad. Have never been talked to this way before at a bank with a branch manager questioning my identity in a rude manner. Time to change course and select a smaller bank.
The Lobby is not open on Saturdays and if you have a check from a customer of your business and you to get it cashed you can't. That really is terrible business policy. If you need to pay bills TODAY, you couldn't cause the Lobby is not open and they won't cash a check in the drive thru if its not your bank. Something needs to change, there is only 1 BBT BANK open on Saturdays for drive - thru only.
Been my bank long time.
Drive thru ATM doesn’t work, and can’t get inside for ATM too,after working hours cuz door locked and not let you in like in other banks.
