Update 9/25 I have been going to this bank and getting change for 3 years. Never asked for an account #, never provided a slip for change and today when the office is completly out of everything someone decides to follow the rules. I have NEVER known the account number since I was never asked. This is EXACTLY why people need to follow policy at work. Yes they are in place for a reason, and yes we all need to follow. I would like to give a shout out to Felicia at the Truist bank location on Hwy 98 North for answering my call apologizing for long waits and was very professional assisting me with my questions and helping me providing the information and directing me with the next best steps I needed to do regarding my situation. Amazing customer service!
Walked in over 25 minutes of closing and they said because of security purposes I can’t set up a checking account fake ass nice to you too straight to your face
Genuinely why is Truist the worst bank there is? Their ATMs never work, they charge you for everything, they don’t have benefits, and you can never reach them on the phone. Super frustrating when you have bills to pay but can’t deposit money…. in an ATM… at YOUR bank.
