Easily the SLOWEST bank in all of Florida when it comes to service.They work like there is only 1 person clocked in at a time. Such a joke do better.
I called in to Truist bank excited to inquire about a financial advisor I spoke with in regards to a very large funded check, I spoke with Charlie where he laughed at my faux pas for accidentally calling the wrong bank and when I told Charlie that his customer service needed work, he hung up the phone before I could finish my sentence. Such poor behavior speaks volumes, I'll take my money elsewhere thank you Charles, but no Thank you.
Update 9/25 I have been going to this bank and getting change for 3 years. Never asked for an account #, never provided a slip for change and today when the office is completly out of everything someone decides to follow the rules. I have NEVER known the account number since I was never asked. This is EXACTLY why people need to follow policy at work. Yes they are in place for a reason, and yes we all need to follow.
