Walked in over 25 minutes of closing and they said because of security purposes I can’t set up a checking account fake ass nice to you too straight to your face
Genuinely why is Truist the worst bank there is? Their ATMs never work, they charge you for everything, they don’t have benefits, and you can never reach them on the phone. Super frustrating when you have bills to pay but can’t deposit money…. in an ATM… at YOUR bank.
Amazing bank to be with. Sarah the branch manager is by far the best. I live much closer to another branch. However due to the royal treatment I receive here I drive a little further away to see the wonderful staff at this location.

Unorganized, tried to open an account here and made an appointment for the following day. Turns out they don’t honor appointments and told me to come back in 3-4 hours.
