The company as a whole is trash they put a 12 day hold on my check i deposited like I don't have bills to pay and never fixed it. Don't waste your time or money here.

Excellent costumer service!
Opened account few months ago and what a nightmare. Horrible bill paying system. After visiting Dandridge bank manager, local corporate office in Knoxville and working with a "Client Resolution Senior Specialist", no one has sorted this out. It's been over a month since I have heard back from anyone. Also, they charged extra fees for cashing Truist checks from my own account to get cash at the counter. No wonder why their ratings are so low!
