On two seperste occasions I’ve had money just gone from my account and dealt with the manager Kelly who handled it poorly and had no clue where my money had went. Banking here is a mistake.
This bank is TRASHHHH!!! Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Good luck getting access to your money when you want it on payday if you use checks! Good luck with affording overdrafts because of how they like to let transactions pend and give you an inactual balance. Customer service is awful when you talk to them. They are money hungry and don’t give a dang about you!!!
I have banked here for 18 years and never had an issue, but went to the window lights on and blinds open not realizing they closed at 5pm. Two tellers sat there and seen me and could not even come to the window to let me know they were closed, they chose to ignore me instead. I sat there a couple mins and then went to leave and the one teller turned and smiled. All they had to say was we are closed. How was I suppose to know lights on blinds up at window.
