Banking with BB &T for yrs.
Been a proud client for almost 2 years. Never had any major problems and the tellers are always helpful and friendly
Earlier this month I visited this location to check about opening up an account. I was greeted at the door by the teller and felt very welcomed. I was offered a bottle of water & coffee while I waited to see the Branch Banker. There was only two people in the branch but the traffic seemed to be managed smoothly. I believe the bankers name was Cheryl or Sherrie, however she was completely cold and disconnected from the experience.
