Not at all friendly will not be opening an account here. When I called the phone rang forever and when I finally got someone on the line the attitude was deplorable. Failed both basic initial tests i tend to give customer service before I consider trusting a place with my money

Todd (the branch manager) helped me through setting up my business account and ensuring I had online access. When I had a bit of trouble, he called ME to check on me and ensure I could get in. Great customer service. Thank you!

0 stars. Banked with them for years because we used to live in their HQ's city, and their online bill pay is the easiest to use. BUT come to find out they have terrible banking policies in place. Their data/IT system didn't tell us it CLOSED 3 accounts when I zeroed the balances to shift funds and take time to restructure how I wanted direct deposits, etc to flow. No notice whatsoever. They just disappeared from my view in my apps and on desktop! Unacceptable. To just cease all capability to access funds with no notice...not... read more
