Left my bb&t card in machine when making cash deposit last night. Called this morning to see if I could retrieve it. They said they are collected twice a week by another company and destroyed. All they offered was to cut off my card which I can do on my own through the app. Didn’t offer to order a new one or give replacement. Immediately called the Amherst branch who found it odd they could not retrieve my card and must be the only branch to do things that way.
