I love BB&T and especially the Palencia location, but this location off of 312 managed by Donna a classless branch manager , to her it makes no difference if you stay a customer or not, i was told by her that i need it to walk at the drive-thru because her branch lobby is not open like the other locations, that i wasn't going to get hit by a car, i was driving my box truck , and she told me out of nowhere that if i had a problem with that that she can close my account's for me, this woman has no business being a branch manag... read more
I have dealt with this bank for a number of years but our relationship may end. I only write one check a month and the bank insists I purchase 100 checks for $22.00. Do the math, I would have enough checks for 8+ years. BB&T get a life!
Unreal, trying to make payment to THEIR client and they won't even be kind enough to print a page that is necessary. Wow... perplexed at how unhelpful. Glad I'm not a client.
