I’ve been with this banking institution for a few years. I only use this institution as a secondary bank. I’ve not had any problems with them until today. My account was placed in dominant status due to inactivity. I deposited money into my account on January 6, 2022. One one alerted me of the situation so it could be resolved. Drive Thru is really slow and people be walking round like we don't got nothing too
I don't often feel compelled to leave a review, but Jennifer Blakeney's customer service is deserving of some praise. We recently relocated to the area and we were considering switching banks after several weeks of poor communication from our local BB&T branch back home. Jennifer went above and beyond to get us back on track and we are so grateful for it. I would highly recommend this location. Jennifer, you rock!
