This location is disappointing to say the least. I was trying to cash a check from this bank itself at this location with no account and the branch manager Victoria was very rude. From the start she handed me back my check and ID and said I can’t verify this for you today and walked away. I understand there is a process and was understand of that and knows it needed to verified but I went back in to ask a few questions to figure out how I could verify the check and she was nothing but dismissive and rude and told me she was ... read more
