Customer service is great here. The staff is friendly and know me by name. Nice to all the customers from what I see.
Pretty off-putting that a few of the employees feel the need to take park in such a way that they take up more than their share of parking spaces in what is already a small parking lot, just so noone can park near them. Makes the whole place feel less approachable. They also stop answering their phone before closing time, I mean, why not just say that they are actually only open until 3:45 instead of 4?
