Every time I come here, I wind up waiting for half an hour to an hour, even if the line is short for the drive thru. No one ever comes to the window to help. It's like the people here just aren't doing their jobs. This used to be a good bank, but like lots of other businesses, since the pandemic, they have stopped doing a good job. People are using this pandemic as an excuse to not do their jobs now and it's ridiculous. BB&T needs to get it together or they're going to lose all their customers.
The review loses one star for every ten minutes I am stuck in line here. Status Update- I was here for 37 minutes
These branchs if banks are horrible. If i could give a zero star i would!!! They sent me a card in the mail to open a account and receive a bonus at the end of 90 days. I did since I was looking for a local bank. Well to make a long story short after they had confirmed my account had the code, I did everything listed on the card and 90 days had passed i emailed to ask about the bonus.. well all of a sudden there is no code on my account!! I had a friend deposit money into my account and the bank blocked my account and put it under review and refused to give me my money bc i said i was going to a different bank now have to wait on a check to come in that can take up to 6 months to get my money back. They were very rude to me also when i had questions
