After the shakeout with the transition and merger to Truist, I think this bank is back on track. Previously, I had considered closing my account even all the way back to when it was strictly Suntrust because of their inability to service my business needs. Funny, but during this time, I was considering moving to BB&T, which was recommended by some of my other business owner friends. I recently opened an account here since it’s closer to home than the bank I’ve been with for 10 years. What a MISTAKE that was. Absolutely the worst bank I have ever done business with. They won’t even allow me to cash a check and on the rare occasion they do, they hold the funds hostage for weeks. Many other issues that I don’t feel like addressing here. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
