Worst bank I have ever come across. No help, they close and leave hand written messages on front door that they are temporarily closed... I'm pulling out of this place now way foe them to go but down
I strongly recommend you NOT to use this BB&T, they froze the account with no warning and took all the money out of the account and on top of that they’re having us pay for everything we bought with the card. Now we have to hire lawyers, so avoid BB&T
Honestly I have never been more disrespected in my life and being in a place that should put customers first ,shows that they are truly lacking what is really important. one of the the bank assistance was in the middle of opening my business account when the branch manager came in and stopped my transaction, so I had to leave because they were closing and made it very clear that he wasn't going to pay his tellers overtime for me to be here. when I clearly asked the assistant if I should do it tomorrow since time was short th... read more
