Services is bad . I have a bsnss checking account and use my card a lot . Today I tried to get a temporary card because magnetic band is broken and took 10 minutes to tell me that “no Card available “ and should go to another BBT . Terrible service .

Just moved to the area and had to set up three accounts. The staff was very friendly and set up only took around 45 mins. Looking forward to more pleasant banking experiences.
