Just tried to walk in at 4:50 before they closed, it’s the fastest I can get here after work. The front doors were locked so i drove around and waited in line for 10 minutes. Someone finally walked over to the window at 5:02 and rudely said they put everything up and they couldn’t deposit my checks. The bank on Mt Vernon, which Google says is open, is permanently closed, and if you happen to go there and Google where the nearest bank is, it doesn't show that there's one just around the corner on Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. So, who's responsible for this misinformation? Google or the bank people?
Fix the hours online. Not open til 6 on Fridays or open on Saturdays like advertised.
It's so hard anytime I go over there someone say something different I'm expending days going to the branch and they say you need to call and I call and they say go to the branch so this bank you can done your issues in person. I had lost my card and someone found and used for a lot purchase today was my 3rd day there after long time there I still need to call the number anyone answer and I'm here more 40 minutes waiting one more time.
