They’re soooooooo slooooowwwww. One teller for each branch is also not enough for all the customers that come in here
just not impressed. went to close my accounts because i’ve got to call their customer service and ask permission anytime i want to withdraw over 1k. unwilling to work with their clients to get paperwork done (which would have alleviated the problem). closing accounts took 22 minutes. two clients in the drive thru behind me honked and left, bank teller didn’t seem worried. bbt/truist has been a sloppy merge. i can withdraw $1000 but only at tellers. bbt atm caps are 600$/transaction. suntrust atms , if they work, cap at 600$ ... read more
