Asked a simple question in a polite manner and was then scolded like a child in front of the whole bank. Some woman in her mid to late 50s with curly hair and glasses. I was asked if I knew if this particular account was personal or business. I gave her the answer and was then questioned as to whether that had been confirmed or not. I said yes and she said how??? I am currently sueing bb&t u got one banker who act like they didn't wanna help maybe because I'm black then u got another banker who hung up in my face I don't care how long u been in Banking u still wrong other then that y'all would have been good some of u

I’ve been banking at BB&T for over a year now, and I still love them. The Fruitville location has amazing clerks and employees, who are nice and quick with deposits or whatever your need is. If you’re opining you an account, one of the reps will sit you down in their office and get you all set up. Great service, and the app is even better concerning transfers, keeping track of your spending, and making goals. 5/5

I called bc I was trying to buy a home and Bibi Z gave me the whole information I need it to get my loan She was very helpful and professional I had BB&t bank since 5 years I never knew they do personal loans for that Amount. Im very happy I was able. thank you Bibi and BB&t to open your doors to me to be able to made my dream come true. my home. thank you.
