I have used B & B health for over 8 years and have always had fantastic service...personel is always professional and friendly..quality of goods has always been top of the line but reasonably priced...I would say she is more than worth following to new location! Bonnie is a beautiful person inside and out.
While I understand this place has moved a few times, I went and got measured for my mastectomy bras in November. I've had to call several times for updates and still dont have my bras. I'm trying to have patience but I find this unacceptable. I'd like my bras ASAP or my prescription back so I can go elsewhere and get them.
As someone who struggles to find my size at most retailers without having to buy it blind online and hope it fits, finding this place was essential. My mom and I initially went to their Winchester location to find out they had moved. The owner Bonnie said it wouldn't be a problem for me to come in even though they were close to closing for the day.
