One of the best BBQ businesses around.......
Absolutely the worst after sales customer service I have delt with in 30 years. No responsibility accepted for a faulty product. No offer to cover postage for items needing repairs. Handball you to different techs everytime and fob you off. Never ever buy any product from these guys! Have been a gas fitter for 30 years and never ha to deal with this....even to the point of loosing a major client
Great family-run shop with friendly, helpful service. They sell quality BBQs and take the time to give solid advice. Fantastic shop and excellent staff.
Very friendly and helpful in obtaining a unique spare part for my bbq.
Absolutely fantastic service & good value. Couldn't be happier with the follow up & above&beyond service to ensure I was happy with the product.
