Absolute garbage customer service. I ordered a Weber Rotissiere from them and it was my first time ordering. The box came in busted but everything inside was fine except for the missing bracket to connect the motor to the grill. Their customer service line apparently isn't accepting phone calls. Hmmm I wonder why? Everything is done through email and says they have 3-5 day time to answer emails. Don't buy from them.
I was shopping for a new cover for my Blaze grill, and they had it, in stock, and I had it a week later. Easy ordering, no muss, no fuss.
I am very happy with Series 50 48 Inch Cast Aluminum Dining Table by Darlee that I purchased from BBQGuys: a good quality, the best price I could find, prompt delivery.

I had an exceptional experience with BBQGuys. I went online to place my order and a person helped me via chat to customize my order and even changed out some sale items but still gave the discount on the upgrades. The most amazing part is, my new Blaze grill and island cabinets are sitting in my driveway less than 24 hours after I placed the order.
