We purchased a Blaze bbq and grill over a year ago and have been going back and forth because the grill just doesn't work properly. We were not able to get any kind of satisfactory outcome so I warn everyone to be cautious when purchasing. David from customer service has been great, but Blaze won't stand behind their product.
This is more of a warning than an overall review. I purchased a Victory Pellet smoker cover from BBQ guys. I contacted the company after pulling my coverall and it split in three places. I know that the cover was not even a year old and totally useless. The company was not willing to replace it saying that it only had a 30-day warranty. My husband and I have both been trying to reach BBQGuys customer support by phone and email for over two weeks, but we’ve received no response from the team except a short email telling my husband they could not find our order. Absolutely hideous customer service. Better yet no customer service. Spent 10s of thousands of dollars with them and they delivered a teak table that a forklift punched through and won't do anything about it. They have been jerking me around for over a month and still nothing. Currently been on hold with cs for an hour and a half and they won't pick up. Must have caller ID and know it's me AGAIN! Don't walk, run from these thieves!!
