They would not return a bottle of bbq sauce that that had been leaking under the seal. Could not tell it was leaking until I got it home and removed the seal. There’s other options close by. Poor service in this case. Won’t be shopping here anymore. Wish companies would do the right thing. I was very clear that the cap was not sealed and was under the protective black seal and could not be detected until the black protective seal was removed. The customer service is amazing. The very first brisket I ever smoked was for a family reunion, and it was pretty intimidating for me. I asked the folks at BBQ Pit Stop for some advice on preparing and trimming the meat, and I was told to bring the brisket in the store and they would give me a hand. I was then treated to a front row seat to an amazing demonstration as they trimmed and seasoned the entire brisket… they just turned it into a mini class for everyone in the store to watch.
