New owners, but still a fantastic spot to pick up anything you might need. Highly recommended!
Wow! The customer service in this store is hands down amazing. Rachel was so sweet in helping us pick out sauce and seasonings and even let us try out so many flavors. They have great options of so many different bbq sauces and seasonings and pizza ovens and grills. Just a solid great place to go for all your bbq needs.
They would not return a bottle of bbq sauce that that had been leaking under the seal. Could not tell it was leaking until I got it home and removed the seal. There’s other options close by. Poor service in this case. Won’t be shopping here anymore. Wish companies would do the right thing. I was very clear that the cap was not sealed and was under the protective black seal and could not be detected until the black protective seal was removed.
