I ordered a Yeti backpack online from this shop on December 3, 2024 (Order #4316), and as of January 19, 2025, I have not received my order or any updates. I’ve contacted the company to confirm whether my order was even processed or shipped, but the lack of communication and transparency is deeply disappointing. If the item is unavailable, I expect a full refund immediately. This level of service is unacceptable, and I urge others to think twice before purchasing. I hope to see this issue resolved promptly

NEVER ENDING!!! This place has everything you will need to create an amazing grilling and smoking experience for you and anyone you’re hosting. From rubs, sauces, and glazes to grills, smokers, and charcoal, there is almost no end to the variety Melissa offers at her store in Southaven. Big Herb popped up in here with his mistress. Rolled up in the pimp wagon and these folks had some kind of cook competition going. Grills were everywhere and people were eating glorious vittles! It made my heart sing! I did an initial walk thru on the joint. I was very impressed. If you enjoy grilling and cooking, this place is heaven! I bought some lump charcoal, briquettes, and hickory wood. I used it and it was great. These folks have a great store here and the people are super friendly! Highly recommended!!!!
