Terrible experience. I got a massage purchased for me for my birthday and after talking to the lady she said I needed medical clearance. I went and got the medical clearance, and an hour before my massage she calls and canceled. I don't understand how she said to get my licensed doctors approval to get the massage which is her rules and apparently my doctor is stupid since it wasn't good enough but I know for a fact someone else needed medical clearance for a lady who I am a caregiver for and she gave her a massage who has w... read more

I ordered a session for my mom. She's 84 years old. I was nervous because she hasn't had a massage in over 40 years. The therapist was very accommodating, and did an exceptional job working with her.
