I had a horrible experience with one of their sales associates at the Richmond location this afternoon. I went it to shop for some clothing for my summer/fall wardrobe and the associate displayed absolutely appalling behavior. Not only did she follow me around the store the entire time, but she insisted that I was too poor to afford their business's clothing.
