I went to Unique Cutz and experience a heavy heated encounter with a barber who threatened me. I was very shocked and confused about the customer service. My son was around and he is visually impaired. This is not a place of business. I’m going to find out whose in charge and see what can be done. This place needs management ASAP and new barbers. Make this place clean and customer service friendly please. It’s a great space for barbering.

Huge disappointment. The way they are set up anyone can write anything, including massive lies, without even purchasing your product or service, just because they are bitter and didn't get the answer they wanted. I honestly don't understand quite what it is that the BBB is going for. I have tried emailing you but it comes back as deliverable. I have tried several times over the last several days.
I give the better business bureau a handsome excellent for their fast investigative work and zero tolerance for fraudulence. The results acquired by BBB resounds in the fraudulent business' reactive response to BBBs' demands. Customer is always right seems to be a policy and philosophy exercised by BBB; within rights, of course.
