To whom it may concern, I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Richie Highway, Glen Bernie after my personal vehicle was totaled. The first vehicle I was given was in unacceptable condition, with old food underneath the seats and dog hair throughout the interior. So these people will side with the a car shop if you try to fix a problem good luck this car shop must be paying these people they cant even do a proper investigation had to make another report and they just tossed it out and know im have get a lawyer since these people cant do their job was of dam time and effort been trying to fix this problem for a year but they act all stupid

In the review, I used the abbreviation, since the number of characters was limited. The BBB REDACTED the abbreviation for the company name throughout the review making it look poorly written. BBB informed me AI redacts acronyms.

FYI: We did not call or solicit BBB of Greater Maryland to become Accredited, we were solicited and hounded by the BBB of Greater Maryland for multiple years by phone, emails and voicemails coming close to harassment to sign up for either a 2 year or 1 year membership to become accredited. I contacted a Michael Salamon at info**at**greatermd.bbb.org and left a voicemail. Mr. Salamon replied in his email 'What complaint?' BBB needs to provide a tracking number and not just send a generic email that a complaint was received. Also, this complaint was submitted on 5/25/2025 and has never been followed up on. PLEASE PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS FOR COMPLAINTS.
