probably some of the worst customer service i’ve ever seen definitely lost a customer today NANCY was so disrespectful She was trying to get me to buy a new a card when i just got a new one in the mail She tried scamming me definitely switching banks STAY AWAY FROM HERE horrible experience i wouldn’t wish upon anyone IF IT WASN’T FOR RAY I WOULD'VE SUED he cleared up the issue in less then a minute i don’t even understand what there paying NANCY to do she couldn’t even activate my debit card
Mario Donayre is an excellent young man that helped me with my business banking. I was unsure of who to go to & after I met him he recommended to come into the branch. Since going to this location, Ive noticed multiple people request for Mario while Im there. Very thorough, knowledgeable and stress-free experience. He should be managing the rest of the team based on the work he does. Go see him!

Nancy at teller window inside was incredibly helpful despite facing other frustrations due to BBT policy etc. She was able to make me feel heard and remedied the situation as best as possible despite pushback from banking “red tape”
Money goes mysteriously missing from my account periodically (not fraudulent from the outside). Not necessarily this branch’s fault but there’s definitely something fishy going on with the corporation as a whole.
