Today I went to this massage shop for a one-hour massage. The service was $60, and I gave a $20 tip, which is already more than 30% of the service cost. I believe I gave a very reasonable and generous tip. I’ve been here twice, once for a 30 minute massage and once for an hour. Both times my massage got cut short . Most recently, when i went in for an hour, the massage ended after 50 minutes despite me paying for an hour. I timed the massage because of the way the first time went. I told the masseuse that there were still 10 minutes left and she got frustrated and told me to lay back down. This was my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last. The staff were sweet and professional, and my therapist did an amazing job working out the knots in my back.
The therapist asked about my problem areas and adjusted pressure perfectly. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure you have the best experience. It’s rare to find a place that feels both relaxing and professional at the same time.
