VERY unprofessional! I was dismayed and sad to learn that they don't work with non-profits. When asked of the receptionist if they work with tax-exempt organizations, her response was this: "We would not be able to help you, we are not set-up to serve non-profits" So, I asked her if she may know of a printer who does?
