VERY unprofessional! I was dismayed and sad to learn that they don't work with non-profits. When asked of the receptionist if they work with tax-exempt organizations, her response was this: "We would not be able to help you, we are not set-up to serve non-profits" So, I asked her if she may know of a printer who does? "No, I don't know any" was the reply I got. I politely thanked her for her time and she simply hung-up. That's really bad to come-off that way. Who is running the show at B&B?
