Great place for 2 inch thick hardwood boards, wood for turning and other projects. Lots of different species to choose from. Lots of scraps that they sell too. Very good service!
B&B Heartwoods is a unique place where you can get hand crafted pieces made to your specifications at reasonable prices. I had a dining room table made out of cherry with live edge, that will become the centerpiece of our kitchen. Really great value and service.
B&B Heartwoods is much more than just a place to buy wood. It's a beautiful barn, a friendly place to be with excellent service, and when the top floor of the barn feels somehow like a cathedral dedicated to beautiful stock. I don't even look anywhere else anymore.
I go there regularly to buy materials for my woodworking projects. They have a great selection of domestic hardwood that I am fortunate to have the equipment to mill myself. If you don't, they will mill it for you at a fair price.
