Went to BB Couture to get a dress and it was closed. Had an eviction sign in the door and they owed a lot of money. I wish I was able to reach out to someone before I took a trip downtown. I was definitely disappointed

I have been attempting to contact this location for over two weeks, leaving multiple messages without receiving a response. Since I was in the area and their website indicated they were open, I decided to visit in person. However, upon arrival, I observed that the elevator only services the first floor, and no one responded to the front entrance bell. B&B Couture NYC are simply amazing! These OG's of fashion are talented, stylish, problem solvers and experts in their field. With prom just a mere seven (7) days and counting, it was destiny that I found them in my last minute google search. Their confidence that they could help radiated over the phone and my panic dissapated. B&B Couture's expertise and service reminded me that there are somethings that just don't work on-line.
