This Company sent me a letter stating they would nolonger be able to service me anymore. I have been a customer for almost 2 decades. The letter stated due to the company growing and developing they would nolonger be able to assist me anyfuther because they wanted to give there other clients/customers outstanding service. If only 0/5 were possible. When we lived in STL we used their tax filing services and were very happy with the results. Prior to leaving STL, we called the office to discuss the 2024 tax season. We encountered a receptionist who was very rude to us. I was absolutely shocked to hear her aggressive and dismissive tone as she spoke to my partner on the phone.
