With the retirement of the founder a few years ago, they can't keep up with the work. Unless you get everything into their client portal by Feb. 1 (or earlier!), they'll end up telling you they need to file an extension. Been using this firm since they first formed, but am done.
Amazing service and extremely thorough work! I feel safe and satisfied every year I've filed with them. Would highly recommend.
This was an exceptional group but the retirement of the namesake accountants led to a very slow, disorganized and impersonal tax year.
Overall I am satisfied with her work, it took little longer but very satisfied. Thanks Tess.
