Beautiful products, good customer service. Sadly the courier delivery service - Hunter Express - is an abysmal failure to deliver, unacceptably shocking, so after 7 weeks I had to request a refund for a product I was looking forward to having in my home. I can say that after sales support was very good & they were as embarrassed as I was inconvenienced. Lovely store, beautiful products and nice helpful staff. However, extremely poor delivery service is used, Hunter Express. Below is my review. It appears that there are many unhappy customers. Extremely poor. I made my purchase on 24/11/25 & advised at point of sale I should expect delivery at the end of the week, 28th. I started to see tracking and not recorded until 2/12/25. Tracking suggests expect delivery 10 - 12 December '25. I've made several inquiries to shop and I'm advised they have made numerous follow ups to Hunt... read more
