I have bought several items here and found the quality to be very high and the service the same. I explained I had a small budget to work with and the staff there assisted me with my measurements to make sure I got rugs I was delighted with, and ensured that they fit in my home and in my budget. Anybody who visits have been asking where I got the wonderful, soft rugs from.
Beautiful products, good customer service. Sadly the courier delivery service - Hunter Express - is an abysmal failure to deliver, unacceptably shocking, so after 7 weeks I had to request a refund for a product I was looking forward to having in my home. I can say that after sales support was very good & they were as embarrassed as I was inconvenienced.
