My stay here has been very good. All of the staff have been caring and helpful to me. Any issues have been quickly resolved. One example, the light above my bed was going out. Maintenance was in my room within an hour to fix it. I'd like to give a shout out to Melisa S, a CNA, who has been very kind and attentive to my needs. She is fabulous. She has been so very helpful and caring.

Let me say I write reviews when I see greatness as well as defeat. This review is all about greatness. I came to visit my family member and as I entered the room I was meet by a CNA, her name was Melisa. She greeted me with respect and gave me all the appropriate details that my family member did that day. Once she left I asked my family member if Melisa is really that nice. She related yes, all the time, she also told me that the other residents love when she is working. So cudos to Melisa and Baywind. Please do not let thi... read more
Mandi is awesome at taking care of my Dad. He is in 200 hall of the facility. He said she really treats him like family and really cares about what she does. Thank you.
My families recent experience at Baywind Village was great! Everyone working at this facility is very caring and go above and beyond. I would like to mention the following two wound nurses - Melissa and Stephanie, they took such great care of our dad! Even though he was a handful! Patients name was Virgil R Hale Jr. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
