My 54 year old disabled daughter watched 2 busses drive passed her on 23rd street in front of the Aldie today (6/27/26). There is some construction going on in that area we know, but there is a stop there. Even the workers tried to get a bus to stop for her. No luck. This was around the 10AM - 10:30AMhour, give or take. To top it off, she was passed by before at the stop near Publix. She called to complain but never got a call back. NOT Good Bayway.
This service has been a life saver and I truly do mean that!
The bayway flex system is messed up, I requested a ride at 12 noon,it's almost 2 o'clock, and it said it will arrive in 25 minutes, it was just 10 minutes away from my pickup point
The bus drivers are very ignorant and love to waste our time . This other black man left his seat to go talk to his friend ,and the buses started to leave and they were out there yapping about God knows what.
