Seems to be getting better. Nice bus drivers so far and clean buses to me. Thank y’all for what you do! If you’re confused when you text the number for a stop ETA, it is an hour ahead for some reason, but supposed to be Central Time. I let them know so hopefully that’ll get fixed soon. Thanks!
The fact that your buses are infested with roaches is crazy and nothing being done about it. I’ve been on two buses that have live or dead roaches from people killing them. Clean your buses!
My 54 year old disabled daughter watched 2 busses drive passed her on 23rd street in front of the Aldie today (6/27/26). There is some construction going on in that area we know, but there is a stop there. Even the workers tried to get a bus to stop for her. No luck. This was around the 10AM - 10:30AMhour, give or take. To top it off, she was passed by before at the stop near Publix. She called to complain but never got a call back. NOT Good Bayway.
