I've been going to this location for years and the staff has always been very respectful and professional. It's very clean but the main floor rooms in the summer time is too hot. They need better air conditioners on the main floor. The staff and client needs to be comfortable to have enjoyable sessions. Fifi is really sweet and listens to me and my needs. I will continue to go to this location as long as I can.
We went to Bayview Sheppard RMT because I was looking for a Massage Therapist that treated children. My son saw their Massage Therapist and was very happy with the service. He said he got a full body massage and that the therapist treated his legs muscles as he's going through growing pains. He really enjoyed the head massage that she gave. We will definitely be returning.
