I’m my dad’s only child, and it’s such a relief knowing he’s in great hands. The staff truly care for him like family.

EDITED TO ADD: Unfortunately, despite hard work and long (16 hour shifts were a regular occurrence for some staff members) hours by staff, management decided to respond to a state inspection and investigation on the parent company's chronic understaffing by micromanaging and overworking what little staff they had in the name of "training".
