My mom was a resident at Bayview Manor in Searsport, Maine for 2 1/2 years. I was rarely pleased with her overall care there. I constantly found my mother with a dead hearing aid battery. Some of the staff didn’t even know how to change a hearing aid battery. This facility states that amenities like “Emergency Call System” were available. I only observed in bathroom only.
