Sent it out and got it back with the same problem - victor didn’t even bother to fully screw the back on - now I need to find a teeny tiny screwdriver and tighten every screw !
I sent my Dell laptop there to be fixed and they sent it back to me with the same problem it had before so overall a terrible experience!!
