Nicola is right in the middle of helping me through a great deal of instability and has impressed me from the first time we connected. She is vastly intelligent, empathetic, authentic and curious. Having EMDR sessions with Nicola has been life changing! From my first session with Nicola, I knew that her passion is helping people and that she really cares! I’ve had more progress in the last 6 months with Nicola, then I’ve had my whole life with psychologists. I feel healed on so many levels and didn’t know I could feel this amazing! Nicola is amazing!!! She has helped me through a really rough time of my life. Ive seen many counsellors and psychologists in the past and Nicola definitely beats them all!! Particularly, her use of EMDR and hypnosis has been life changing. Together we have sorted through many issues including CPTSD and narcissistic abuse. It has been hard but so so worthwhile! Now I feel strong, confident and able to live my best life!
