I was in a lot of neck, shoulder, and back pain due to stress, body tension, and trying to find a comfortable pillow for sleeping ... I had an appointment with Hamish, and my goodness, so much tension has been released. Hamish is an expert in his field, very strong pressure to get all the build up of stiffness away and gone. The next appointment will need to be the legs! Thank you, Hamish. I highly recommend Bayside Therapy Group

Love this place! They have fantastic and supportive therapists. I think there is great knowledge of patients needs and understanding of the human body across the staff. I’ve seen that the therapists are willing to continue to develop personal skills and work with my other medical practitioners as needed. I only wish they were closer to where I moved to. We still make appointments when we are going to be in the area.
