I decided to book an appointment as a reset on my first day of annual leave after a very busy couple of months working in retail. So pleased that I did. Anya was amazing and the results were immediate. Have already booked again when I get back from holidays in a couple of weeks.
Anja is an incredibly knowledgeable myotherapist who genuinely cares about long-term results, not just short-term relief. Anja takes the time to understand the root cause of pain, effectively resolve issues, and thoroughly educates you about your body so you can prevent problems from returning. Skillful, friendly and caring massage therapists. I have osteoarthritis and work full time in a desk job so being able to get appointments evenings and weekends is really helpful.
I have been coming here on and off over the past 3 years. Beginning with pregnancy massage which i was so happy they provided, proper massage to release tension not just the relaxing type.
