Caring for our elderly community is vital. Finding Bayside Terrace and working with Candace K to find a lovely apartment for our mother was an answered prayer for us. Moving her in, establishing her care and activities and helping her transition into this new life chapter has been such a positive process. I would like to thank Candice for her help in walking our family through the process of placing our father into her assisted living facility. All though we ended up having to go another direction. Hello I use to work here.. in my professional opinion do not work there. Do not take your mom or dad to live there. Nobody does their work right. Nobody cares about the residents, especially kitchen staff. The residents that live there have complained probably almost every day about the food, not edible or it tastes gross and they still keep the same kitchen staff there. When searching for a memory care community for my parents I found Candace, Senior Marketing Director, to be very informative and welcoming. She answered my many questions and explained how my parents' needs would be met through their resident-focused memory care program. Candace did a wonderful job giving me and my family a tour of Bayside Terrace Memory Care! We haven't yet decided on memory care but I certainly feel that Bayside would be a great choice.
