Overall, a very poor service. What, I believe, should have been a reasonably straight forward process of will handling, took three and a half years! As Executor, I was frequently exasperated by unexplained delays. I was left, on more than one occasion, without information; or asked by Bayside for details again, which I'd already given. Absolutely appalling service. Bayside Solicitors were engaged by the deceased before he died, for what should have been a straightforward simple will. It ended up taking a staggering three and a half years to complete! Communication was very slow, for long stretches, and the executor constantly had to chase them for updates. The lack of urgency, excessive delay, and the fact that they always seemed to take the most complicated, expensive route, on such a simple matter is frankly unacceptable. We have used Bayside Solicitors Cherie for a simple commercial property sale. Her attitude and rudeness is outstanding and has given us the worst possible experience so we highly recommend not to engage Bayside Solicitors.

I had a very disappointing experience with these solicitors. As a Buyers Agent with 7 years of experience, I have worked with many solicitors on property transactions, but this firm has been the most difficult to deal with by far. They consistently chose the most time-consuming, complicated, and expensive approach to every task. Additionally, Cherie Nolan's attitude only made the experience worse.
