Throughout the process, I found communication to be difficult and, in my experience, interactions were often dismissive and lacking in empathy during what was already a stressful time. I was particularly concerned by the level of organisation and attention to detail. When the will was eventually provided to me, it contained a number of errors that required further attention and caused additional delays and frustration.
