Rashmi, Jason and the whole team are fantastic, providing great care and support. The Physios who run the Pilates classes are friendly and professional, taking the time to understand my needs and tailor my program accordingly. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, making each session enjoyable. I've seen significant improvements in my strength and flexibility, and the personalised attention ensures that I’m performing exercises safely and effectively.
