I am forever grateful I walked into Bayside Mediation on the anniversary of my mom leaving this earth. In the summer of 2023, I was leaving Fairway Supermarket (now called Food Bazaar) in Douglaston when a woman outside the supermarket was handing out flyers. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and Anna & Sunhae warm smiles always brighten my day. Through this meditation practice, I’ve come to discover my true self and find answers to the questions and challenges I’d been facing in life. It hasn’t always been easy to stay consistent, but I’m truly grateful to have found this Meditation.
